*All shipping in the U.S. is an amazingly low price of $3 per order. It is sent through USPO (not UPS) with free delivery confirmation. Orders over $125 are charged an additional $3 for the added weight.

Return Policy

Effective 5/1/2011: NO REFUNDS, exchanges only.

If there is ever a flaw, I want to fix it for you, the repair or replacement is always free. You can exchange your item for a different size/color, or a different item, one time per order within the first 15 days of when your order was shipped. Please send me an email and I'll promptly provide further instructions.

Up until recently, I offered a 'free for all' return policy, but in the wake of higher materials costs, this change is necessary. Keep in mind, I've been in business for nearly a decade and many of my clients make multiple purchases over the course of several months and/or years, so I have full confidence that your leather item will live up to your expectations.

When Will I Receive My Order, How is My Credit Card Charged?

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 days.

When you successfully submit an order through the secure shopping cart, the info is sent directly to my merchant bank account for authorization, which reserves the funds from your account. Your order is then manually reviewed by a live person (me) before the transaction is finalized.

About Sizing

When you select the size of the item your purchasing, you're indicating YOUR ACTUAL SIZE, not the length of the item. The leather wristbands are defaulted to an average men's size, which ranges from 7" to 7.5" diameter. That's approx 17cm - 19cm.

Why is the brown leather more expensive?

As you may have noticed, if you see two identical designs, the brown tends to be a few dollars more than it's black leather counterpart. The reason for this is because brown requires special attention to evenly apply the color, without over-doing it, takes more time, and more expense. (Others sell it with streaks and uneven dye and call it "vintage")
