Terms and Conditions For Purchases At Leatherpunk

You, the Customer of Leatherpunk, agree that the information you have provided is correct and accurate and that Leatherpunk is not responsible for incidents of inaccuracy initiated or caused by You, the Customer, such as incorrect/incomplete addresses. You agree that mistakes made by your device, such as autofill, are your own responsibility and Leatherpunk will not compensate you in any way for those mistakes, intentional or not. You agree that Leatherpunk is not responsible for any injuries, reactions, or side effects of any kind as a result of using Leatherpunk products.  You agree that you have reviewed your order and have verified the correct sizing needed for your leather item. You agree that you have read and understood the entire product description for your purchase(s). You authorize this transaction.  Regarding returns: You understand and agree that you may only request an exchange for a different size of the same item no later than 15 days after your order was received by you and only if Leatherpunk sent you a size different than what you ordered. Leatherpunk is not responsible if you made a mistake and ordered the incorrect size. You agree that the sizing charts on Leatherpunk.com provide sufficient information to make an informed decision as to the correct size needed for your leather item(s). Leather Belts cannot be exchanged.

  All purchases are final. There are no refunds, only exchanges. If an exchange is needed, you will not be billed additional shipping charges.  Items must be returned in the condition they were received. A return authorization is required prior to sending the item back to Leatherpunk. The request must be sent via email to any of the listed email addresses shown on leatherpunk.com. All exchanges must be post marked no later than 30 days after the original delivery date.  Attempts to exchange items without prior authorization, or after the 30 day period will be rejected and returned as is. You understand and agree that delivery confirmation number(s) used by the Postal system, US or foreign, are sufficient to verify that your package was received by you or someone authorized by you. If delivery confirmation verifies your package was delivered, you may not request a reshipment or file any disputes with your financial institution, if your package was lost, stolen, or undelivered/mishandled by courier. You agree that your signature is not required to confirm receipt of your order from Leatherpunk, however at the discretion of Leatherpunk, you may be required to sign for your package. Terms may change at any time without notice.
